Hello! I am a fine art painter and yoga teacher living in beautiful Ojai. I have a B. S. in Art Education, a BFA in Painting and an MFA in Painting. Before moving to California I taught art classes for children at the Memorial Art Gallery in Rochester, NY for 11 years. During my 20's I worked as a nanny for an infant until she was 2 years old, and then for a 3-year-old until she was five. I am in my late 40's and do not have children, but I think it would be wonderful to care for them and depending on their age, introduce them to painting, drawing and other art forms. I am a very gentle and patient person. I love to be in nature, listen to music, read, dance, cook. I currently have a painting practice and am learning to play music. I respect and appreciate the innocence of children and love to be with and learn from them.
