Hi, I'm Lindsay! I'm a caregiver based in Lake Stevens with over 20 years of experience supporting families through a blend of childcare, household management, and medical support. I've worked with children across all developmental stages and adapt my approach based on each child's needs-whether that's creating structure and routines, encouraging independence, playmate, or simply bringing a calm, supportive presence to the day. I enjoy building strong, long-term relationships with families and becoming someone they can consistently rely on and feel safe with. My experience also includes managing the day-to-day flow of a home, from scheduling and transportation to organization and general household support. I'm comfortable stepping in, taking initiative, and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.
