Lindsay was nanny to our young children in 2019 and she helped out with our dog. Prior to that, Lindsay was our eldest child's daycare teacher, and she has also provided our family with childcare assistance and babysitting services on a number of occasions. Lindsay has a number of strengths, but her main strength - according to my observation - is her ability to bond with and motivate children. She is warm and compassionate while at the same time appreciates that children need to follow house rules. Our children have responded well to Lindsay and love her as a family member. Equally important, Lindsay genuinely cares for our children's physical and mental development. Lindsay always puts forth her best efforts and has great attitude towards the work she does for us. She is open to carrying out varying responsibilities, and she takes initiative in suggesting other ways she can help. In summary, Lindsay is hard-working, trustworthy and smart. I would highly recommend Lindsay.
