I have experience in public, charter, and private schools from preschool to 5th grade. I am interested in nannying part-time and bringing my little one with me. I've been on Care. com for several years now and have had a lot of experience in daycare/childcare services. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts in Teaching, majoring in inclusive early childhood education. I am energetic, positive, and outgoing. Most importantly, I adore children. Linda is a National Treasure. Linda recently cared for our three and a half year old daughter, which gave us a much-needed night out. But more than that - she taught our daughter, she sang with our daughter, she drew with our daughter, she chronicled our daughter's activities, and by all accounts (our daughter's, principally) she made the whole night magical. Linda is inventive, caring, thoughtful, and professional, and she navigated a byzantine bedtime routine like a pro. There is a certain moral quandary to be found in writing a review like this - because Linda is SO GREAT that a craven parent like myself *almost* hates for word to get out about her greatness - but oh well, some things just need to be said, and one of those things is this: Linda is AWESOME.
