About Linda

I retired from working in childcare for 32 years, and have been nannying for the past 5 years. We moved to Locust, NC from Charlotte, NC this year. I want to find a part time position working with little ones a few hours, a few days a week. I love kids! I am caring, nurturing and love to play, make messy art, read books, teach children to love themselves. I would say my best qualities as a provider is that I teach children instead of discipline. Children learn through play, it is okay to make mistakes. That is how we learn. I also enjoy pets, as they are part of the family unit. I am happy to be a nanny helper, and a team player. I am calm, silly and caring. I do volunteer work, currently at a ministry helping the less fortunate. I have volunteered with Hospice, Special Olympics and on several Board of Directors for non profits.
