After 27 years experience in caring full time for children between the ages of newborn to 11years old, I am seeking an opportunity to help with infant or toddler care on a part time basis or FT with a 4 day work week. I help to provide a nurturing, atmosphere that allows for the development of each individual child's personality, strengths and talents, inspiring self confidence, a spirit of cooperation, kindness and respect for others. I believe that developing these qualities facilitates learning though everyday experiences and translates into becoming a good student for formal education. I truly respect each child as a unique person and interact with them accordingly. I am honest, warm and vivacious with humor as my default when things don't go according to plan. I have an excellent work ethic, and I work best with families who want the kind of nanny who is confident in her abilities and who value honest and regular communication.
