Hi, for the last 30 years, I have worked as a writer/editor for EMC and I am now pursuing my first love, taking care of children. I have two grown children, two grandchildren, ages 16 and 13, nieces and nephews, a god daughter, and many other children I've cared for and nurtured over the years. I love children and animals. I would have no problem doing light chores like picking up and preparing simple snacks or meals for the family. I believe every child has something wonderful to offer and if I can help bring that out in someone, I feel blessed. From infants to toddlers to teens, I enjoy working with them all. I have a college degree so I'm happy to help with homework if needed (although I have to admit the new math does make my head hurt)! I am CPR certified. I have been taking care of a little guy for the last year and still watch him two days a week (Mondays and Thursdays) and I would like to add time with another little one to my week.
