I had a great and detailed initial conversation with Linda over the phone and from this conversation understood she was very interested in helping us out. She provided references that I spoke with and we scheduled a time to meet in person with the intent of confirming her as my daughter's primary attendant. 2 hours before our scheduled meeting time, Linda sent a text cancelling our meeting and saying she was no longer interested. Unprofessional and very poor communication.
