I live in Marilla and I am a married woman who loves children. My husband and I have a young adult daughter. I volunteer at my Church youth group. I am a non-smoker with reliable transportation and a clean driving record. 
When I babysit, I don't sit them in front of the TV! We play games, color, put puzzles together, read books, and do arts & crafts. I handle pick-ups, drop offs, errands, and light housekeeping. I have experience with twins and multiple siblings. I've assisted in potty training and teaching the alphabet, colors, shapes, and numbers. 
I've also assisted 8 & 10-year-old children with their schooling while they were home during Covid. (I'm fully vaccinated).

Linda is a phenomenal babysitter! She spent time getting to know and play with my kids. She always kept the house as it was and would do a couple extra things to keep it tidy and help me. She was always accommodating to our scheduling needs! Most of all though I always felt safe when my kids were with her and I didn’t worry. I would have peace of mind while I was at work. 

Linda was great.  An absolute lifesaver.  My kids liked her, and she said they were "great kids".  I was like, "who's kids did you just watch?" Joking.. Kinda.  She answered around 9:00PM to watch my children at 7:30AM the next morning.

Linda is wonderful! She watched my daughter for over a year when she was a toddler and took great care of her. She was also a great help with minor housekeeping, kids laundry etc. Totally dependable. Excellent communication. Strongly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable babysitter!!

Linda has become a part of our family. She is a wonderful person and fantastic with children.  Always has been very reliable. Linda is very detailed and truly listens to provide the best care for our child.

Linda is a very reliable and responsible nanny. She babysat my toddler daughter for about a year and a half. They played with toys, Linda read books to her, they went out for walks. Linda followed what I asked her to do and everything was clean and tidy when I came home. My daughter loved spending time with Linda and even now, many months later- when I show her photos and she sees Linda, she asks me when Linda will come to visit her. Great babysitter!

We love Linda! She has been babysitting for my children for almost two years now.  I consider her to be a very caring, reliable, and trustworthy provider.  My 8 and 6 y.o. children love playing games with her - she also introduced them to their new favorite game (Quirkle).  She picks up my children from their aftercare program and is always prompt.  She also sends me updates via text, so I know when they arrive home safely. She has also made herself available to me at the last minute for babysitting.

I hired Linda on short notice, and she was very kind to accommodate some changes in my schedule.  My daughters took to her well, and she did a great job with them and getting them bathed and to bed on time.  She helped with the laundry (did 3 loads while I was gone) and cleaning up after their meals.

Don't be fooled by her telling you that she is excited to watch/teach kids & that she believes in no TV or by her formal written letters from neighbors & fellow church goers because what actually occurs on the job is very different.  She spent most of her time wrapped in our blanket reclined on our couch on her phone until a kid would forced her to pay attention to them. Little care for the job - after repeating every day that we give the twins half a cup milk while rocking them for naps, she still wouldn't rock one of them and just put her crib in her crib with her milk cup.  After feeding them I had to ask her to clean their dishes although she volunteered to do them during the interview process. She would sit in a different room or watch her phone at the table while the girls ate rather than interacting. Instead of helping twin 18mth toddlers learn to share she would take their toys away and put them outside. No motivation to do activities! Strongly dislikes dogs! I could go and on!

Great sitter, can tell she loves kids and our kids had a great time with her. Very punctual and dependable. Unfortunately did not get along with our larger dog and lives a bit too far away from us to call upon on short notice. Otherwise, would recommend! 

We hired Linda through Care.com and were very pleased. She was very responsive and punctual. We had a pretty good list of things for her to manage (cooking, taking kids to lake, baths, stories, games and bed) and she rocked it! She communicated very well with us even while we were gone which gave us a good deal of comfort. I will hire Linda again. 

Linda was very friendly and loving when interacting with our boys... I was very impressed with her ability make the boys feel  comfortable with us leaving even though this was her very first time with them...When the evening was over they both walked her to the door and waved affectionately as she drove off without prompting.. I would definitely have her back again
