About Linda

I began working with young children in 2012. I have worn many hats such as: full-time nanny, preschool teacher, behavioral therapist, elementary school teacher, and middle school teacher. As a mother myself, I have experience caring for newborns and love going through all their different stages from the infant year through childhood. I enjoy encouraging self-help skills, focusing on socio-emotional development, creating activities/lessons, arts and crafts, making reading fun, teaching early math skills, and working with parents to encourage their child's growth. As for my background, I grew up in East Los Angeles and earned by bachelor's degree in English Literature at UC Santa Barbara. On my free time, I design websites, visit museums, eat around LA, and hang out with my loved ones. I'm a patient, chill person that enjoys understanding others' perspectives.
