About Linda

While caring for my Grandmother as she battled lung cancer in 2002, I realized care giving is my calling. Since then I've had the pleasure of care giving for many lovely peolpe. They have/had many several health challenges. Such as, heart and lung disease, diabetes, early stage dementia, cancer, MS and physical mobility challenges. For them I've had various duties, including meal planning and preparation, running errands, driving to appointments, assisting with walking and exercise, bathing/hygiene, getting dressed, wound care, medication reminders, play cards and read books, last but not least, companionship, just being present and listening. I would like to add that I understand that putting your loved one in someone else's care can be stressful.
