About Linda

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Life Coach and Certified Specialist in Exercise Therapy, Linda's background includes working with the senior population within a physical therapy clinic, medical geriatric massage therapy center and chiropractic wellness center. She was a caregiver for her beloved husband that passed away in 2017 and a caregiver for her mother as well. She is certified in CPR and first aid. Her knowledge and skills go beyond her technical abilities as she has been studying nutrition and healthy eating, planning and preparation for over 30 years. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts and Sciences from Bridgewater State University and has completed extensive post-baccalaureate and graduate coursework in speech language pathology, anatomy and physiology, neurological pathology and diagnostics and assessment at the University of South Florida.
