Mother of two grown children. Majored in Pre-school and Special Ed and I have worked as a Teacher's Aid at The Maryland School for the Blind, John Archer School, and Seton School in Camden Me (now closed). I homeschooled my child for 4 years and was a member of a babysitting co-op when my kids were little. Things I enjoy doing with kids- Reading, Games, Crafts, Baking, Movies, Taking walks, Going to the parks, playgrounds, beaches etc, Going to the library for books and story time, Going to the kids sporting events and practices etc My experience with special needs children- Blind, multiply handicapped, Down's Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Autism etc. Children have always brought the greatest joy to my life and it never felt like work when I was with them so I am looking for an opportunity to care for children in my area. I have lived in the Camden/Rockport area for over 30 years and am familiar with the parks, library, schools etc. Certified in: Child and Baby First Aid/CPR/AED
