I've always been passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children, which led me to pursue a career as a childcare provider. I find working with children to be an incredibly rewarding experience. Their unique perspectives and constant surprises keep me on my toes and challenge me to learn and grow alongside them. I would describe myself as patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable. I believe these qualities create a nurturing and welcoming environment for children to thrive. When it comes to communicating with parents, I prioritize open and regular communication. I provide verbal updates at pickup and send regular text or phone call updates throughout the day to keep parents informed about their child's activities and well-being. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and consistent environment for the children in my care. I believe in positive reinforcement and gentle redirection to teach children appropriate behavior.
