About Lina

I had the pleasure of working with Lina, and I truly cannot say enough good things about her. She helped me open my assisted living facility White Marlin Care in Essex, Md and played a major role in turning it into a real home. Her presence was felt by everyone—residents, families, and staff alike. She genuinely cares about people, and it shows in everything she does. Unlike those who treat caregiving as just a job, she has a true vocation. She’s compassionate, sensitive, and incredibly attentive. The house was always spotless and more organized than ever before thanks to her. But more than that, she brought heart into our work—encouraging residents to get up, walk, socialize, and push for progress in their own lives. Even after she left, her absence has been deeply felt. The families were saddened to see her go, and we still miss her every day. She left a lasting impact on everyone here.
