Hi, I'm Lily - a current college student looking for part time work in the city! From a young age, I've naturally gravitated towards caregiving. Helping care for my sister with special needs taught me patience and attentiveness to each child's unique needs. With three years of experience, I've cultivated creative, safe, and engaging environments for children aged 0-11. I'm bubbly, kind, and playful, connecting easily with children to understand their feelings. I am adaptable, and I can adjust to different routines and environments. I prioritize open communication with parents through texts, calls, and end-of-day summaries. I am comfortable enforcing household rules with a calm and kind approach. I enjoy playing sports and movement games, but also enjoy quieter activities such as puzzles.
