Hi there! My name is lily, I am a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with four years of professional experience providing high-quality, person-centered care to elderly and medically complex individuals. My experience includes working with veterans and individuals living with dementia, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), and other age-related and chronic conditions. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in both long-term care facilities and in-home care settings. These experiences have strengthened my ability to provide attentive, respectful, and individualized support while promoting each person's dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life.
