About Lily

I'd describe my personality as happy, energetic, and organized. I like working with kids because I love to see their growth. My favorite thing is when you are working with a child and they start to understand a concept and you see it "click" for them! I'm looking for a job that allows me to work constantly for a family and get to know the family as a whole. I started working with kids when I was around 16 years old, babysitting and working in camp settings. In my spare time, I coach youth soccer! One thing you should know about me is love to be active and have lots of fun! My skills focus on safety as the most important and critical skill, I also put an emphasis on emotional support, and educating!!
