Caring for children has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I've spent the past several years working in the school system as a substitute, student support staff, and a Pre-K paraprofessional. I've also nannied every summer since I was 13. Lily watched our son starting around 6 months old. She was reliable, showed up on time, and handled the basics really well—feeding, diapers, naps, and keeping things generally calm. I could tell she had experience with babies and wasn’t easily overwhelmed, which gave me peace of mind. She’s not overly chatty or pushy, which I appreciated. She kept things simple and didn’t make things harder for me, which is honestly what I needed. My son seemed comfortable with her, and that was the most important thing.
