About Lily

I'd describe my personality as kind, caring, passionate. I like working with kids because they are genuinely fun to be around, they are curious, honest and unintentionally hilarious. I'm looking for a job that allows me to make a positive impact on a child's life as well as on the family's. I hope to help family's find some peace in an already "unpeaceful" environment. I started working with kids when my parents asked me to start watching my sisters. I babysat family friend's kids as well as my sisters. Recently, I got a job working as a Behavior Technician. I work with young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. In my spare time, I like to draw and sing. I also love being outside going on hikes. One thing you should know about me is I am very patient and calm, I'm used to working with children with big emotions without getting flustered. My skills include patience and empathy, basic first aid, and creative play whether it be imaginative or crafty.
