I think Lily is great. She's very creative, interesting and energetic. She has worked out in a pinch and been punctual. She engages and keeps up with my 5-year-old son with autism. He is starting to really look forward to her coming over to play. She lets him be the teacher/boss! She's even done my dishes on occasion, which I don't require but it's a nice treat.
