About Lily

Hi! My name is Lily, and I'm passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn and grow. My love for childcare began early. I completed three years of Child Development college-level classes in high school, building a strong understanding of child behavior and development. I have hands-on experience in several teaching roles, supporting children of different ages and abilities, including one-on-one care. I've assisted with lesson plans, classroom routines, meals, diapering, and potty training while encouraging positive behavior and curiosity. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, dependable, and compassionate. I love helping kids build confidence through learning and play, and families can trust that their child's safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities.
