Lily was our nanny for close to 2 years for our baby (now toddler) and was the absolute best caregiver we could have asked for. She is nurturing, dependable, very calm and truly cares about the child’s development and well being. She works so well with kids and parents to ensure she is doing everything she can in the best interest of the family. Lily was able to stay calm through many tough situations and was fantastic at helping our daughter regulate her emotions. She is also wonderful with older children. Our daughter (and us) absolutely love her and they have the most special bond. She has been such a positive influence on our daughter and we would 10/10 recommend Lily!
