Hi I'm Lily! Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, and I find deep fulfillment in making a positive impact on the lives of the families I support. With three years of experience caring for children ages 1 to 6, I provide a patient, calm, and creative environment for up to two children. My background includes Certified Nursing Assistant training, First Aid Training, CPR Training, and Early Child Development coursework. I love organizing outdoor sports and educational games to keep children engaged and active. I prioritize clear communication and am always happy to follow your preferred method to discuss your child's day. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure consistency. Helping your little ones reach their milestones and seeing them smile at the end of the day is why I love what I do.
