About Lily

I'd describe my personality as understanding, resilient, and self aware! I like working with kids because I enjoy being able to make a positive impact on their life. The people that your kids are around while they are still growing up matter! I'm looking for a job that keeps me motivated while also not burning me out. I believe that work/life balance is very important! I started working with kids at 14! I started out by babysitting. Then, I worked at a daycare when I was 17. Most recently, I assisted in a HeadStart classroom! In my spare time, I like to listen to music, read, and rock climb! One thing you should know about me is that I love teaching. If your kid needs help with homework, I'm all for it! My skills include conflict resolution, communication, and patience.
