About Lily

Foreign Language- I have taken Spanish for 7 years, from 5th grade until my senior year of high school. I have also participated in: - a two week intensive immersion program at the University of Miami, solely centered on Spanish. - an immersive trip to Costa Rica where I solely spoke in Spanish with the locals, learning the different grammatical rules varying from region to region in Central and Southern America. Test Prep- I received a 34 on my ACT after one attempt, and I was, in addition, named a National Merit Scholarship Finalist after I achieved a 1430 on the PSAT. I have tutored various underclassmen at my local library and assisted them with time management/pacing during sections, solving questions, and ensuring they were clear on what to expect during a standardized test such as the ACT or SAT. I have both ACT and SAT books that I am able to contribute as well as extra practice sheets as resources.
