Hello! I'm Lily! I like working with kids because I love to see the world through their eyes and watch them experience things for the first time. Kids offer a unique perspective that we as adults have mostly lost! Having someone to get on their level with them is so beneficial. I am a junior at WWU and I am looking for a part-time job. My schedule changes every quarter, but it shouldn't be too drastic. Currently I am available MWF after 11:30 p.m. and TR after 2:30. I started working with kids when I was about 11 years old. My neighbors and family friends always asked me to help out with their kids. I started solo-babysitting when I was 13, and began doing more full-time nannying when I was 16-17. I have taught 4th and 6th graders science through Portland's MESD Outdoor School. My skills include basic first aid, basic Montessori knowledge, and patience! I also know basic ASL/baby sign.
