Lily started to work for our family in April 2024 at the time our son was 2 month old. As new parents the help was quite welcomed & appreciated. Lily has been a fantastic caregiver to our son. She is highly competent with babies and she can get our son to fall asleep faster than anyone, it’s remarkable and we joke it’s a superpower she has. She is punctual, respectful & extremely helpful whether you at home simply needing an extra set of hands or needing to get a full day of work in. When our son was 6 months old we brought Lily to help us out with the travels. She has no problem bathing, putting him down for bed or naps, or meals. She’s constantly working on enriching activities, games, play, and taking him outside for walks & playtime. Lily also helped me with his laundry, his dishes and meal prep. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to babies, don’t let her age fool you! I would highly recommend Lily as your next nanny. We are grateful for her & all of her superpowers! :)
