About Lily

Lily is the absolute best nanny we could have ever hoped for! She took care of our children like they were her own. She truly loves what she does. She helped us welcome a newborn, while also taking care of our 18m old at the time. She is playful and engaging, often coming up with ideas of ways to nurture adventure and learning. She even offers play time like painting and baking, not afraid to let them explore, and clean up after them. Lily is incredible at following our lead, adapting to our preferences regarding discipline, boundaries and respect. She also helped to potty train! We trusted Lily to drive our children to activities, and facilitate playtime outside of the home. Lily is a self starter, if she sees something that needs done, she does it. No questions asked, she handles it. She pays attention to detail and always asks what more she can do for us. She goes above and beyond to make sure the kids and our home are fully taken care of. Anyone that hires Lily will be lucky beyond measure. She’s truly a blessing. Lily is willing to help manage the home as well. She handled many tasks beyond just caring for the kids. The kitchen was always clean, floors vacuumed, laundry done, dishwasher loaded and unloaded, toys organized, as well as orchestrating a toy rotation system to keep the toddler engaged. She is also very capable of meal time, offering to cook meals for the toddler and baby, keeping it interesting and focusing on nutritional value. She’s not afraid to open the pantry and make something out of seemingly nothing. I never worry when I leave because I know she’s got it covered. Lily is truly unique, requires minimal instruction, does not need trained, and is very responsible and timely. I can’t recommend her enough!
