About Lily

Nurturing children's development is a true passion of mine. Due to the hardships my younger brother has experienced as an autistic child, childcare has become the forefront of my life. It is crucial to mention my time as a childcare provider at chapel lakes elementary, where I enforced the educational curriculum when dealing with autistic children--due to issues occurring on behalf of the staff. Including my time as a summer program group lead at chapel lakes, I have five years of experience and am comfortable supervising up to three children at a time. I am patient, creative, and approachable. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules, and I always communicate with parents using their preferred method. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, puzzles, and educational games. I am CPR certified, I have a car, and I am comfortable around pets.
