About Lily

Hi! My name is Lily, and I'm studying Early Childhood Education at Oklahoma State University. I'm from Carmel, California, and have experience working with children at Carmelo Preschool, River School as an intern, the Carmel Youth Center, and through observation hours in my university's child development lab. I am dedicated, adaptable, and enthusiastic about supporting children's growth and development in positive environments. I enjoy working with kids because it gives me purpose, and I love seeing how their minds grow and change. I started working with children in middle school and grew up around my three nieces, which helped shape my passion. In high school, I babysat and worked youth cheer camps, where my interest grew even more. In my free time, I enjoy crafting, beach drives, horseback riding with friends, and attending rodeos and concerts. I also studied American Sign Language for four years and can hold basic conversations.
