My previous roles have been incredibly positive, and I'm eager to continue making a positive impact. I strive to create a comfortable environment and am known for being compassionate, empathetic, friendly, and approachable. I communicate with families through verbal updates, regular texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I am experienced in handling confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes, and incorporate memory care activities into care. I can assist with errands, shopping, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I have some college education and have been trained in CPR and First Aid.
