About Lily

I'd describe my personality as fun, passionate and energetic! I try to make every experience with a kiddo as fun as it can be! Whether that's a learning experience, working through a necessary non preferred task or just playing! I started working with kids professionally about 6 months ago as a registered behavior technician! I work with kids on various levels of the autism spectrum getting them ready for school and helping them to become the most independent they can be in life! One thing you should know about me is that I like to bring the fun! Imaginative play, running, jumping, spinning and laughs! While I bring this fun I also like to create as many learning opportunities as possible! My skills include behavior management, such as working through rigid routines, denied access (often to things like screens or hazardous situations) and avoidance based behaviors (like crying to avoid doing an un preferred task such as going to the bathroom, hygiene or cleaning)
