We had the pleasure of hiring Lily a couple of summers ago to care for our then 1 year old. She's incredible! Not only was she gentle and attentive with our son, but she was dependable, very responsive, and great about following the routine we outlined. It was obvious she had a lot of experience caring for small children and took her job seriously. I had been a SAHM for a year at that point so was quite nervous about leaving him in the care of someone else, but she made my transition back to work very easy. I've since found a permanent replacement, but would hire her in a heartbeat otherwise. I highly recommend!
