About Lily

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is truly important to me. I have worked as a CNA in a long-term care facility. I also worked several years as an activities director (and later as an outreach worker) at a local senior center. I have completed the EMT program through John A. Logan College. I'm skilled in de-escalating stressful situations, managing confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I respect each individual's independence while providing support. I'm happy to assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I always follow the family's preferred communication method. I'm friendly and approachable, and I'm eager to provide reliable care and support to your loved one. In my free time, I enjoy thrifting, sewing, and spending time with loved ones (including my dogs and cat).
