About Lily

I have roughly 3 years of professional experience in a daycare setting as well as a home nanny/babysitter. I also have about 12 years of experience from babysitting my younger siblings/cousins who are all 12+ years younger than me. I'm very knowledgeable in gentle parenting/Montessori techniques and child development. I can assist with laundry, housekeeping, and simple meal prep. I would also love to plan fun, developmentally appropriate activities to keep the kiddos entertained. I have always loved children and it's extremely rewarding to be able to work with them, so I would love to get to know your little ones!
