About Lily

Hi! My name is Lily, and caring for children has always been a big part of my life. As the youngest of 12 siblings, I've helped care for my nieces and nephews from a young age. For the past four years, I've also worked consistently as a paid nanny and babysitter, supporting families with children ranging from 3 months to 12 years old. I'm currently a double major in Psychology and Business, with minors in Russian and Marketing. My psychology background helps me understand child development, emotional needs, and behavior at different ages. I'm organized, reliable, and communicative, and I value building strong, trusting relationships with families. Outside of childcare, I love rock climbing, traveling, and staying active. I was previously on my university's wrestling team, which taught me discipline, patience, and responsibility, skills I bring into my work.
