About Lily

Hi! My name is Lily, and I'm 21 years old. I've always loved working with children and enjoy helping them feel safe, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow. I'm patient, dependable, calm, and kind, and I believe consistency and genuine care make a big difference in a child's life. I recently completed my coursework to become a substitute teacher, and I have three years of volunteer experience working with children with special needs, in addition to years of mentoring younger students through school clubs and programs. Those experiences taught me empathy, adaptability, communication, and how to meet each child where they are. In full transparency, I haven't held an official nanny position yet, but I'm not going into this blindly. I have meaningful hands-on experience with children, and I'm excited to continue learning, build trust with a family, and provide the same level of care and responsibility I would want for the children in my own life.
