About Lily

Hi! I'm Lily and I'm 19 years old. I graduated from Sumner High School and love to read and discover trails with my dog and family. I would describe myself as a friendly positive person, who's patient and creative. I've been regularly caring for the same family for about 3 years but the kids are getting older and I'm looking to fulfill my career. I'm comfortable supervising up to 4 children depending on their ages. However, with kids and babies younger than 4 I would prefer to have more of me to focus on their needs and growth. Im versatile in how I engage with kids I watch, we play board games, do sports outside, and we play make believe. Every child is different and I love to get to know each child's interests. As well as making sure we have fun, I pride myself in being responsible and comfortable enforcing household rules while at the same time explaining why we have them. Overall, my goal is to create a relationship with your family and be a meaningful part of your kids lives!
