About Lily

I'd describe my personality as innovative, honest, compassionate. I like working with kids because they're encouraging! Kids are the most honest and authentic people. They're also so creative! I'm looking for a job that works well for both me and the families that I work with. I am a part time college student, so my schedule is a bit tough. I started working with kids when I was 12 years old. I was a babysitter throughout middle and high school. I started working at a preschool when I was 16. In my spare time, I like to read, write, explore new places, and spend time with friends. One thing you should know about me is I am passionate about creating safe and encouraging environments for kids to grow and be creative. My skills include communicating with children with special needs, creating innovative activities, quickly coming up with solutions.
