Lily was great with our daughter for the two days she worked with us, however, day three she was supposed to at our house she texted 2 hours before and said she found a different family. This left us in a really bad situation. I had received commitment and attendance issues from one of her referrals so want to be extremely transparent so others aren’t left in our same situation. It’s unfortunate because Lily was actually really amazing with our daughter and we really liked her.
