About Lily

Hi everyone! I'm a sophomore student at FMU majoring in Early Childhood Education. After completing my bachelors degree, I plan to be an Early Interventionist. I love working with kids because I find so much fulfillment in watching them grow and develop. I have 4 years of experience in childcare. I have been a teachers aid for 2nd graders with autism as well as kindergarteners. I have been working as an assistant at an in-home daycare since Jan 2025. I have the most experience with ages 3 months - 3 years, but I have also cared for older children. I love to play with the children I care for. As someone learning about child development in college, I enjoy supporting your child's development. Play is the best way for littles to gain critical thinking skills, communication skills, and improve their motor skills. In my free time, I love to make crafts, bake, and color.
