I have spent the last 2 years honing my skills in senior care and doing what I love most, helping people. I have always had a special place in my heart for seniors and a desire to work in a field that will really change lives. I have worked with multiple clients. Ranging from cerebral palsy, dementia, and autism. I have experience with transfers, toileting, bathing, and hygiene. I am experienced with emotional, physical and personal care. I consider myself good at what I do because I am passionate about it. Although I have no professional experience in childcare, I am extremely interested in child care and nannying, which I believe intersects with many of the skills i've already honed in my last two years as a caregiver. I practice patience, understanding and compromise everyday at work. Also my experience with personal and physical care is a bonus. I hope to expand into many different fields of caregiving and child care would be a great next step.
