About Lily

Hi! My name is Lily, and I have a strong background in childcare with experience caring for newborns, toddlers, and young children. Over the years, I've worked in a variety of settings, from summer camps to in-home babysitting jobs, giving me the opportunity to support kids of different ages and personalities. I've cared for toddlers and managed the needs of multiple children at once--including families with three kids--so I'm confident in creating a safe, fun, and structured environment. My camp experience taught me the importance of patience, creativity, and energy when working with children, while my in-home jobs gave me hands-on experience with daily routines like meals, naps, and playtime. I truly enjoy helping kids learn, grow, and have fun in a safe and supportive space. I bring responsibility, warmth, and reliability to every job, and I always strive to make both parents and children feel comfortable and cared for.
