Lily cared for my 1.5 year old girl for about 6 months. she was very good with my kid and my kid loved her. Things were going good over all until she started not showing up without prior notice and then later making several different excuses the next day. giving her benefit of doubt, i gave her several chances, but then this became a usual thing for her where she didn't show up some days and did even respond to my messages or picked up our calls. left us hanging on so many occasions. Then we went out of the country for 4 weeks and after we came back, she is not responding to our calls or messages or even mails. she left without any notice so we didn't get any chance to find her replacement. moreover we had fixed a baby car seat in her car for occasional park trips, which she took with her. i have been trying to get our $300 car seat back but again no response from her. she basically stole it. very very disappointed in her as i truly believe things were going well. very non reliable and keeps poor communication. hire only if you'd like to put yourself through stress of making last minute arrangements every other day.
