About Lily

Hello! I'm Lily. I am a very friendly, imaginative, and honest person who loves working in childcare. My experience ranged from being a babysitter, to a camp counselor at the Boys & Girls Club, to now being a Residental Counselor, Theraputic After School Program. I work at The Home part time and am looking to fill my hours with other childcare work! I will be going back to school in the next year or so to pursue my Masters in Social Work. I have been trained in Theraputic Crisis Intervention (TCI), cultural humility, as well as CPR and first aid. I will soon be MAP-certified as well. I have a very intuitive approach to working with children. I am a strong, guiding hand when needed, but always approaching with a kind heart and an open mind. I am open to working with kiddos of all ages, as I have experience with kids up to 18 years old. I have also worked with kids of all kinds; from ADHD to autism and more.
