About Lily

My name is Lily, I'm 19 years old, and I am currently going to school to get my cosmetology license. I like working with kids because I believe that good childcare is a key step to uplifting today's youth and raising children that grow to be successful adults. I am the oldest of 4 and have a pretty large extended family, so I've helped raise kids my entire life, but have been professionally babysitting about 3 years. I am experienced working with kids of all ages and comfortable handling multiple kids at one time. Additionally, I am equipped with technical skills like, changing diapers, making bottles, cooking, cleaning/general household chores, and also emotional skills such as, active listening, de-escalation, and conflict resolution. I was also trained in CPR, first aid, and water rescues during my previous job as a lifeguard.
