About Lilly

I believe that every child deserves to be supported and celebrated as they grow and learn through play. For over three years, I've dedicated myself to providing families with reliable childcare, celebrating each child's unique growth and development. I've worked in Pre-K education and summer camps (K-12), and I'm motivated by bringing smiles to young people's faces. I have an Associate's Degree from George Mason University, coursework in Early Child Development, and I'm pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education. I am also First Aid and CPR Training certified. My approach is patient, creative, and playful. I love engaging children with outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, and more. I communicate openly with parents, adapting to your preferred method, whether it's daily reports, tracking apps or verbal updates.
