About Lilly

Hi! My name is Lilly, and I have been in the babysitting business for about 5 years now. I am a student at Penn State University here for the summer looking for work. I currently am employed at the O'fallon Parks and Rec as a camp counselor (ages 7-14). I am CPR and first-aid certified, and love helping the community! I'm known for my patience, creativity, and friendly demeanor, which allows me to easily connect with children and build trusting relationships! When it comes to communication with kids and parents, I like keeping parents informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I follow the parents' preferred communication method and can provide updates throughout the day. I respect the household rules set by the parents and follow their lead in enforcing them. I live playing games with the kids, indoor and outside. I played many different sports throughout my childhood like soccer, volleyball, softball, swimming, etc.
