About Lilly

Caring for and supporting children's growth and development is truly my passion. I am dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged. With two years of experience caring for children ages 4-5 and supporting up to four children at a time, I bring a patient, creative, and dependable approach to caregiving. I am entering my senior year at Alma College, pursuing a degree in Special Education. I also volunteer at Lenders Elementary in both the Early Childhood Special Education and ASD classrooms, gaining hands-on experience working with children of all abilities and needs. These experiences have strengthened my communication, adaptability, patience, and compassion. I enjoy engaging children through outdoor play, educational activities, creative projects, and hands-on learning. I am also happy to assist with meals, transportation, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision.
