My name is Lilly and I've been an elementary parapro (one on one special education aide) for the last four, almost five years. My experience working with children included volunteer Sunday School teacher, camp counselor, daycare worker and preschool aide (seasonal), career center for Careers on education (2 years), and I am still a parapro (as mentioned above) at my local elementary. I am flexible with schedules, positive, and patient. I love encouraging children to be safe but adventurous, build their independency, encourage learning, and above all: be kind and honest individuals. Currently I am CPR and AED certified and have a basic knowledge of first aide. I am also currently learning American Sign Language (asl), but I am not yet fluent.
